So, I’m at Curves this afternoon working out. They’re playing lots of Beatles songs which are easy to exercise to and get you moving. One of the guides starts encouraging me to do more. They said, “Lift your legs higher!” I’m running in place. And, I do, but it’s an effort. I say, “Who is this, Jack LaLanne?” They said, “No, he’s not dead yet.”
It was sort of morbidly funny.
